With a wealth of experience spanning numerous years in operating ECE centres, Paula brings a blend of expertise in general management, operational management, centre setups, investment strategies for new owners and business turnarounds. Her proficiency in these areas ensures a professional touch and strategic insight to our team.

Jo is a dedicated professional with a strong background in early childhood education. Holding ECE qualifications and full registration, Jo brings a wealth of expertise to our team. With experience ranging from centre ownership to lecturing, Jo specialises in mentoring, PGC support and curriculum and operational guidance.

Kims personal philosophy is built upon the foundations of her mentors, experiences, and acknowledgement of our national curriculum and that of the principles of Te tiriti o Waitangi partnership, protection and participation. She is experienced in all aspects of managing a centre and working alongside teams in curriculum planning.

Professional Growth Cycle Networking

Four times per year our centre managers and owners meet to cover off a range of Leadership topics. Our groups of facilitated by one of our experienced team members.

Our intention is to provide a platform to facilitate professional dialogue - supporting your Teacher Registration. We network, share ideas, discuss compliance and any other topical ECE items as well as unpack policies.

It’s such an exciting time for new ECE centre owners who are building their own magical space for children to learn and develop. ECE Consultancy Services Ltd will support you to develop a philosophy that will suit your personal style, as well as be a great community fit.

We take care of all policies and supporting documents required to open your centre, work with the architect and suppliers to ensure your vision is heard, as well as getting you through all official licensing requirements.
